GENO-D is a drug development platform developed by Genosco Inc., focusing on Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) technology. Building on the success of the previously established GENO-K platform, GENO-D aims to eliminate undruggable proteins, particularly through the use of Molecular Glue Degraders (MGDs). MGDs work by linking target proteins with E3 ligases, inducing the degradation of target proteins via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. This allows for the effective removal of proteins that could not be targeted by conventional small molecule drugs, providing innovative new therapeutic approaches.
