Code of Ethics
We shall aim in pursuit of mutual prosperity with stakeholders through progressive and efficient management, and we shall engage a corporate culture including customer satisfaction, corporate innovation, and talent development by fair and transparent management.
We shall be in pursuit of the world's best company through the copper-bottomed corporate ethics and fair organizational culture, and we shall make a great effort to develop new technologies and the best quality of products and services with trustworthiness by the international society.
To that end, we shall establish our own codes of ethics to bring forward business standards that keep the right manner of business with transparent management, and the code shall be the baseline for ethical decisions of employees.

- In case of violations of the codes of ethics, the company shall discipline employees by the company's policies, and the management shall investigate the causes, train employees, and establish measures to prevent the recurrence of violations.

- If we were forced or recognized to violate the code of ethics internally or externally, we should report to management immediately. As a result, the management shall guarantee the employees' anonymity and protect from disadvantages due to the provision of information, and the management establishes measures to prevent recurrences.

- If the employees encounter unavoidable situation, the code of ethics shall be exempted.
- 2.
- The exemption of the code of ethics shall be allowed only with approvals from the board members or the appropriate committee within the board of directors.
- The regulation shall be in effect on and after Jan. 1st, 2024.
